Health food for your heart.

Sprouted Moongdal or Moth Kababs

ingredent :--

Whole moongdal,ginger,garlic paste,onion,lemon,green chilli .

Whole moong dal - (2 tablespoon)25 gm

ginger - 1/2" piece

garlic - 5 cloves

onion - 1 small - chooped

green chilli - 1

salt - to taste

half lamon juice - to taste

garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

oil - 5 gm (1 teaspoon)

Method

  1. Sprout moongdal or moth & grind them .

  2. add garlic, ginger + chilli paste.

  3. add chopped onion , salt, amchur or lemon juice , garam masala.

  4. heat non stik tawa. put 1 tspoon oil & pour one spoonful of dal mixture & cool both side .

  5. garnish with chopped coriander leaves & onion.
